Kathy has over 30 years of experience in the Health Care Field. She has worked at a level one trauma center in Critical Care and is a CPR-- MRTC training center faculty.


Joe Grafft
Vice President & Senior Instructor

 

M.S.Joe has worked on the street level EMS, has managed BLS/ALS services, has over 30 years of Educational/Street experience with a Masters Degree in Health and EMS Management, is the current ECC Chair for the AHA in Minnesota, is a regional faculty for AHA, is an author, is a community faculty member at Metropolitan State University School of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, and is a speaker at many national conferences. He has been a Nationally Registered EMT since 1974 and has served on the National Registry of EMT's Board of Directors for 13 years.


David Schwartz
M.A.

 

With over 34 years of Law Enforcement Experience 25 as Chief of Police and Public Safety Director, Dave is an experienced instructor with a high level of street experience. He is a Community Faculty with Metropolitan State University-School of Law Enforcement & Criminal Justice. He teaches First Responder classes and specializes in Law Enforcement education.


Tom Pilla
M.S.

Tom comes from an industrial background with over 30 years at XCEL Energy in the Safety Department. He is a firefighter, a Nationally Registered EMT-B, an experienced CPR Training Center Faculty and has taught EMS/Fire courses.


Ernie Kramer
M.A.

Ernie has been involved in EMS Education for over 50 years. He has managed a hospital, been an administrator in the Minnesota Department of Health, was the EMS Educator for the MN EMS division for 20 years. Ernie is an experienced educator, a Regional Faculty Member of the AHA and is a member of the ECC Committee.


Cheryl Coderre
BAN, RN, C

Cheryl has over 30 years of experience in the Health Care Field. She has worked at a level one trauma center in both the Trauma Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Nursing Staff Development. Cheryl has extensive education expertise in teaching hospital staff. She is a CPR-- MRTC training center faculty.
